Seems like every shower used in porn should have a ventilation system that's quiet and blows a whole lot of fresh room-temperature air through the room very fast, so you can have a hot shower without a lot of steam. Of course, making the room with the shower very large could also help. I think I saw a shower combining those methods in some Sean Cody ACM thing.

And maybe you could also do something with the lenses to help, like a no-fog coating, or heating the whole camera to 100F or so beforehand so it wouldn't be colder than the steam and therefore the steam wouldn't condense on the lens?

Heh, it's great fun seeing if you can reduce a sexual problem to an engineering problem and solve it that way. (Wow, that was a little geeky even for me.)
